The staff here is like family. I couldn't ask for a better place. Sam is amazing and honestly the best counselor in the world!

What a great team of professional people there. Was greated by friendly staff and met the director Joe during my initial visit which was different then the other 2 facilities I've been to.

This is an amazing clinic. They made it very easy to come in for help. The staff from bottom to top is so kind, respectful, non-judgmental and seem to genuinely care and want to help you in your recovery. Best experience I’ve had in a methadone clinic. I recommend giving hcrc a chance to help u, if you’re in need. It’s a very safe place.

I love this place! The staff is the best. I had a couple issues but I talked with my counselor & dealt with it. There's barely any wait most days. The hours are great.

I miss HCRC Westfield and Liz!!! I don't know if she's still there but I'd love to say hi. Did the clinic move from the brick building on N Elm St? I ask only bc when I just Googled HCRC Westfield it was in a different location! Anyways, I am currently 3 years clean from illicit substances. I am a patient at HCRC Northampton, which is great as well. Anywho, I just wanted to drop in a say thankyou for everything you did for me and all the bs you put up with, pertaining to me, lol Liz, you know what I am talking about. Maureen at the front desk is amazing! Super helpful. She has gone above and beyond to help me when she didn’t have to. Much respect.

HCRC is a lifesaver the whole entire staff is always so empathetic from the smiles you get from the front desk to the Nurses always asking how are you doing not to the mention the amazing medical staff who took me out of really bad situation because all they want to do is help. The Dr is so willing to hear you out and make things better on top of that Nick my counselor he's just amazing he pulls you out of your head and you don't even realize he did it's just a natural thing for him and one other person would be Kristen she runs that place so smoothly but with a heart that matches the smile she gives every single time when she asks if you're ok and that's why HCRC Westfield is the best!!!
