Certificate of Need (CON) Approval Process

New BayMark Parent, LLC is filing a Certificate of Need application pursuant to Section 19a-638 of the Connecticut General Statutes in connection with its acquisition of BayMark Holdings, Inc., as the transaction will result in an indirect change of ownership of a Connecticut opioid treatment program. BayMark Holdings, Inc. indirectly owns Community Substance Abuse Centers, Inc. d/b/a Health Care Resource Centers, which owns and operates an opioid treatment program at 55 Fishfry Street, Hartford, CT 06120. The total capital expenditure of the proposed project with respect to Community Substance Abuse Centers, Inc. d/b/a Health Care Resource Centers is $1,400,000.00.
