The best clinic, and the clinicians are competent and truly care. Nurses are quick and try to get you dosed and out as fast as they can. It truly feels like health care and not a business. Brit is amazing if you're looking for an intake you'll be in great hands.

I wanted to take a few moments out of my day to acknowledge the staff at the Bradston street clinic. Especially Keiwon Crump.I don't usually write reviews... However, there is NO WAY that I could let this staff (and again, especially Keiwon) go without writing just how amazing, patient, understanding, and caring this establishment treats ALL of the people who walk through the door. (All due to the staff).The environment that Keiwon has brilliantly created there begins with staff at the door - whom without fail, always greets nearly each individual with a smile. If you have any concerns or questions, they are always ready and willing to make sure that before you walk out the door that whatever it is you may need is handled.At the front desk is where Keiwon typically mans the clinic. As you can imagine, there is a large variety of things that get sent through that station and in my experience I have never seen Keiwon look overwhelmed or be anything but cool, calm, and collected, and of course, professional! He is definitely the "go to guy" for any information of what you may need. He is very knowledgeable and always steers clients in the proper direction. I can't think of a single day he hasn't been there working, even all weekend (and what seems like) every weekend as well, on top of the regular work week. And I want to make sure I don't send the wrong information, Keiwon is working and over seeing FAR more than the front desk. That just seems to be where he works his magic from!The Bradston street clinic is lucky to have Keiwon to say the least. In my opinion, I get the feeling of why he is so compassionate about his job is 2-fold: (1) because he clearly is someone with integrity when it comes to his level of professionalism (2) he goes above and beyond for everyone because he really truly cares for the well being of the people walking through the door.Keiwon makes me want to go back into recruiting because he is definitely a stellar employee and just an all around amazing professional!!! He could work anywhere and with anyone. That's not a quality you can learn and is hard to find.I'm not sure if I should be writing this, but should anyone be looking for a once and a lifetime employee, check this guy out. In my experience when you work somewhere for a while and you are known to be a 100% trustworthy and responsible employee (to the point the top level staff sleeps better and night knowing they have less worries when Keiwon Crump is there) the more and more responsibilities you pick up but more often than not it doesn't benefit your paycheck. I only say that because I'm sure many professionals know this and have experienced it. It always happens to professionals who are dedicated like Keiwon!Thank you Bradston street staff for always helping my day start off happier!!!

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get back a FULL 24 HOURS.No more spending your day in your head always trying to "scheme, steal, or scam" your next play!I don't always Rate on Google but when I do it's because it is a place that has truly impacted my life in some way or that I just love and appreciate the Staff Members who make your life their priority. I have had the upmost great experience at HCRC. Dexter great guy first person I see every morning. Then I see Michelle she has been a truly great person, she always ask me if I am ok never mad always smiling. Then the head nurse has gone above and beyond to make me feel good the gentlemen nurse and all the other female nurses and consular. Thank you so very much for asking me everyday if I am ok I lost my mom last Sept. And my dad sept. 10th 2024. I was scared I would go over the deep end but all the staff looked out for always all my blessing to HCRC jamaic plain best clinic ever very caring staff. Thank you with all my heart.

This place saved my life , i been going here for 7 years , great nurses , very wonderful Director, and i have the best counselor always on top of anything i need Donna ..If you want another chance in treatment give your self a chance with them !!!

Staff is ok nursing def needs some help although Kelly does a great job but they burn her out with no help at all I am on my third Counciler but it seems like they got it together with the new director other than that I’ve had one issues since being there and it was handled right away

Staff is always caring friendly and helpful. They always make you feel comfortable and genuinely want to see everyone do the best we possibly can. Also if you are someone who doesn't do doctors or hospitals, Dr. Pi will change your mind! Every single person I've talked to has had nothing but awesome things to say about him.

If you follow the program, keep your head down and take advantage of the counseling support services offered you will be successful and over time you'll notice you've changed your life recovering one day at a time. This place I received excellent help but I stopped going because I couldn't see myself completely sober ever because of regular physical and emotional problems. I have suffered much and I am going to get into a detox that allows me to go into a program from the detox so that I can adjust to sober living with support and treatment.But I give this clinic 5 stars for their staff and treatment they were really good to me and I am glad I found this website so that I could say Thank you to them.

This clinic, while suffering major staff shortages, still manages to take good care of us (methadone patients) and the nurses are amazing ANGELS!!! I wish some of the clients, well, alot of them, were a little more GRATEFUL and realize how blessed we are to have a clinic that doesnt stigmatize against dual diagnosis patients, like me. The staff does the best they can, as much as they can - and im so blessed to be able to recieve treatment there. THANKS, HCRC@FISHFRY!!!❤️

Okay then!!! Where should I start..Me Personally I will say that I like the staff there I mean some days are good and some days are not Good 👍, I learned that you Just have to be Patient, because it's not gonna get any faster getting your dose, because eventually you will get it and then you move on with your Day, I mean that I really like the nurses, whoever is working that day, I've had some 😞 difficult days and I will have a conversation with the nurses and they always have something positive to say and make me feel better ☺️, My Counselor she's the best because she understands me, and I'm not One to really put my self out there but she's very patient with me 🥺, and I love ❤️ that, The Security guard is also Great 👍, he treats you with respect, and does his Job well and I respect that..with that being said, I really like this program because you get treated with respect and responsibility for your action,Takin it One day at a time, like I'm doing,, I'm grateful to be here because I can still remember those rough days..but I'm 😊 good now thanks to everyone that helped me in HCRC..it works if you let it work, I'm tryin my best ❤️, sometimes it just takes a while longer for me, but I ain't mad at you, my time will come...Ty 4 helping me too remember what it was. Like to 💕 love myself..I learned that whatever you focus on grows...AMEN..If you focus on the negative, it's gonna continue being negative and it's gonna show, with that being said, There's so many things to be grateful for, your Character determines your faith... Great place to get treatment! Staff is curtius and helpful! I've been going to them sense they've opened in Greenfield and I have had nothing but a positive experience!🙂👍

Not a stable clinic for someone who depends on medication. They have no back up plan for when staff doesn't show up, so when 2 people are on during the weekend and 1 doesn't show.. and no one else answers or lives within 45 minutes away and they can't reach anyone... your out of luck workers and people who have home health aides or have a PT1. Also... building floods, smells like a basement, and they were closed due to this and told us nothing about where we could go or not go. Then they dosed us in a parking lot in front of everyone else. When the old director was there this stuff wasn't as prevalent. Right now I would not recommend going here at all, it's not stable.

Best clinic I’ve ever dealt with. Follow the rules & you won’t have any problems. Even when you don’t follow all the rules they’re understanding & flexible. Staff/director/nurses don’t treat everyone like just another number. Usually in & out. Would recommend

I am guess dousing from Massachusetts. The staff in this clinic is top of the line.From secretaries are amazing and willing to go the extra mile to help client's nurses counseling staff and the doctor are so professional. I feel so comfortable with the wait they care about the client's. The make me feel like home.

Methadone has absolutely change my life. But it is the treatment that we get here at hcrc that really made the difference. Cheryl always takes her time to help me with things that I need in my counselor George has gone above and beyond to make sure my needs have been met. Client care is top priority.

I've been on this clinic for two months now and these people have helped save my life. The director and the nurses are all amazing people who are willing to go the extra mile to lend a helping hand. I have been on Bradston street clinic for about 5 years and it’s truly the best clinic I’ve ever been on. Kristen is the best director ever, she treats everyone fairly and always sticks to her word, she truly wants to help people, the staff is amazing and they work with you as long as your respectful and work with them. there job is tough considering where the clinic is located but the staff and nurses do an amazing job. only thing is I wish there wasn’t a line everyday but other then that this clinic is the best! Definitely 5 stars.

I have to say this clinic is the best clinic I've been on and I've been on a few for the last 15 years . everyone is treated with respect a Westfield HCRC, they go above and beyond for you . Kristin is the lead supervisor there and she always makes sure she returns my calls and every problem I've ever had she always takes care of it . I feel like I have ppl that have my back at Westfield HCRC and I'm so very thankful for them and my recovery !!! SO A BIG THANKS TO KRISTIN AND ALL THE STAFF AT WESTFIELD HCRC . I am a current patient and would happily recommend HCRC for anyone in the prerequisite situation looking to improve their quality of life. The counselors, nurses and management have always gone out of their way to ensure that everything is uniform and fair. I caution anyone reading the negative reviews on here to take them with a grain of salt as there are unfortunately a lot of people who are unrealistic and overly demanding.I do have a couple points for you to consider that you may not have though. The hours of operation can be a hindrance to some. Infrequently there can be some delays but they are rare (once or twice a month max) and usually manageable if you aren't in a rush, allow your self extra time. Because the state government is involved in regulation it is a strict and overall rigid regiment. This can become difficult if you regularly must travel on short notice. I cannot stress that enough, if frequent travel is necessary you may want to consider Suboxone or Subutex. Unlike Methadose/Methadone the aforementioned Sub* are a partial agonist and thus not as dangerous to the uninitiated masses.Do your due diligence and chose the right medication and it will greatly improve your quality of life and your chances of recovery. Whichever route you decide to take is going to be a learning experience and I wish you the best. I hope this helps!

This clinic is by far the best one I have been to!!!! I have guess dosed at the clinics in Greenfield and I gotta say the clinic on Kenwood the nurse there are nice and it wasn't all to packed but the one on miles st is a zoo with not so nice ppl at my clinic (Noho) the staff is wicked nice and not scary at all they try and make u feel safe and comfortable the best they can when I was first trying to go get help to get clean I was so scared idk how it was going to be or if the ppl working there was going to give u them judgmental looks an I gotta say I have NOT gotten that look at all from them they actually want to help u with whatever problems or issues your having if your in the market for a change and wanna get clean I really think you should try this place out and if it's to far from your house they can set you up with a pt1 to help u get there really wat do you gotta lose??? 🙂😉

I absolutely love and recommend coming here over any other clinic the lines if any are short its quick in and out and the staff is wonderful everyone has gone above and beyond for me and, because of the staff they have changed my life for the better the staff are supportive, caring, welcoming and not judgmental. Hcrc is a great place to go for help with your addiction. they have a great staff and it is nice to have a director that cares a lot about the staff and the patients that go there. That is a hard thing to find in a place like that

This place has completely changed. No more lines people who truly care about you as a patient. They take med Marijuana cards now. Take homes are actually attainable. Solid counseling. Hands down best medication assisted treatment around. Saved my life 7 years with no alcohol or illicit street drugs of any kind since 2/3/16!

Edyta is most kind and sweetest person I’ve ever met in my recovery she takes the time to get to know the patients I’ve never had an experience anywhere else with someone who you can tell genuinely cares being a director is a lot but she makes it a point to really care

all thise bad reviews are people that are to lazy to do anything for themselves this is a good place and there really good to there clients. they provide masks for client that are to stupid or lazy to remember them on their own then they through the masks in the parking lot ive been a patient here for 2+ years and no of thoes negative reviews are true

Great staff they definitely do what they can to help their patients to a much higher extent than other clinics in Western mass today I had an experience that started off as a disaster but thanks to the team here they made everything work and better than things were in the first place

Great staff they really care it's a small clinic but have patients with them they get the line moving fast I had Gary for a choincelor and he was great helped me at every turn. I don't know what I would of done without them.

Staff are very professional and compassionate, they aren’t snobby or inconsiderate like other places such as spectrum for example. Highly recommend this for anybody seeking proper treatment and looking to be treated as an individual with respect instead of an animal Then this is the place!

I transferred here from another clinic and so happy I did bc they have the best staff. The director is nicest lady you'll find and will treat you like your no different thn anybody else. The nurses are great and funny! This is my miracle place.

By far the most well organized and understanding facility for making a positive change in your life I've ever seen Everyone involved provides a calm atmosphere along with a smile to help ensure that one of the most stressful times is made easier.

This clinic is the best in the area. They have a no tolerance policy for any kind drug related activity anywhere near their property. Great staff and nurses that are caring, respectful, and supportive. Always feel I'm treated with respect and without bias. Would recommend for anyone seeking methadone or suboxone treatment for opiate addiction. I have multiple years of sobriety because of medication assisted addiction therapy.

I wish that there were 10 stars to give..Everyone has different views and opinions so I can only state from what I have seen and experienced.. This HCRC does listen and helps out with patients requests.. I have been here a year now, and in that year my way of thinking and overall health as improved 100% thanks in part to all the caring nurses and doctors who actually do care how you are.. Adam my counselor is always there to talk with and make suggestions on how to keep improving on my choices.. I am not just a face and a number, I am very glad I came here.

Place is great. The director is the sweetest. The wait is usually short. And they are so understanding of addiction and your struggles. Great people all around!!

If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can’t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it’s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don’t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don’t think it’s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it’s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won’t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

I have been in and out of recovery for many years . I know how important it is for my sobriety to have some help when I need it ,having a place and a program filled with support ,one on one help even for a few minutes at times can truly possibly save my life .The entire staff at health care resource center have always been so helpful . I can’t tell you how much it means to have nursing and especially treatment director Edyta say hello and actually remember my name .Edyta has allways taken the time to truely make sure I was doing ok and comfortable at the clinic .Edyta I would like to thank you for all you do not just for me but for all the other people you help I also want to thank you for helping me find an inpatient program to get off a persciption medication that was actually destroying my life I am now 40 days off that medication I feel so much stronger I am happier than I have been in along time dealing with life as it comes now being a productive member of society hopefully I can help someone by telling them in this review that the staff at hcrc and Edyta can and will allways help you no matter what the issue your having it’s a place that means so much to me and so many other people THANK YOU ….again Edyta and the entire staff for helping me though my recovery and allways taking a true interest in me my life and my happiness

Recovery is hard. Anyone that says otherwise is lying to you. The staff at HCRC won't lie or sugar coat those kinds of facts of life for/to you. Which is more of what you need to genuinely recover from substance abuse. They will help you find what treatment works best for you and your life style while also holding you accountable for your own sake. You must earn every victory and they will be there to help you as long as you let them. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this facility to ANYONE looking to give recovery an honest chance. Even half a chance... Maybe you'll find the other half here waiting for you... Good Luck and Be Safe

The nurses are amazing they always make me smile when I'm down an they always have great attitudes an the councilor's are great as well I have nothing but great things to say about h.c.r.c!! I’ve Been a patient on the clinic for five years maybe longer and I’ve had really great counselors joel he left 😔and now my counselor is great, I’ve had a few issues in the past but besides that it’s been very helpful year, I’d Rate it a 5 Star

I see so much hate being projected on the reviews here. This place honestly saved my life, This place and people are the Reason why I am off of dope. There are a few things that could change though,One of the crappiest Things Are, When you Finally Make it to the clinic,Sometimes on Saturday there is a Enormous line out the door all the way around the building. Other than that it's an amazing safe place.Well I forgot one thing. This is my 3rd counselor which I hope they don't keep leaving.

They do the best they can with what they have. Hard to believe people not happy with free medical and addiction care. 5 stars.Realize that the same people who say that it takes too long, would wait for their connection in the rain or snow for 3 hours. But 20 minutes annoys them enough to complain.They now have 2 windows and are much more efficient in the new facility. True, counselors have a massive caseload and organizing addicts to make and keep appointments is a challenge in itself. But to say they don't know what they are doing is just incorrect. It is a process to attain "take home" status. Many rules and guidelines to follow, such as completing your counseling sessions, drug screens, and doctors regular check up. Take home bottles are hard to get and easy to lose, many addicts are resistant or even opposed to such discipline. However much they need it..The bottom line is this program and facility saves many lives, every day. They should be appreciated for that, and recognized.

I encourage people to keep an open mind when it comes to this treatment. The staff that works there daily are just amazing and supportive. I'm grateful for them and the treatment is helpful more than you know.Trish

Everything's good wish counseling was easy when I'm working it's impossible I should already have many take homes how can I be to work at 7 when it's in dedham last counselee won't put me on work line I told her she could call company talk to boss I'd bring letter pay stubs no go there was another issue

This place is by far the best clinic. The only thing is the dosing there's always a hold just to get in. Besides that to nassy is the best the dosing nurses are bomb n the head nurse gets on her job.

My experience with this treatment facility has been outstanding across the board. Always treated with the utmost dignity and respect from the entire staff from the support personnel in the parking lot to the clinical and medical team and right upthrough the senior administration. I credit the kindness I've been shown from day one forward with literally saving my life. I will be forever grateful to these professionals. Unfortunately, the negative reviews seem to be the result of individuals that have difficulty with rules and that are burdened with a sense of entitlement that makes all things a struggle. There aren't any facilities of this kind doing a better job in my opinion.

I frequent this location and everytime I'm there the place looks immaculate. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My clinician, Angela, is one of the best clinicians I've ever had. However, I wouldn't be happy with this review unless I mentioned Edyta, personally. Everyday, she's there to open the doors for me until I'm all the way in and this is so important to me because I'm disabled and I use a walker. I'm a 2-time cancer survivor and everyday Edyta see to it that all my needs are meet. Thank you Edyta from the bottom of my heart.

This place saved my life . I owe my life to this place . Some of the staff has issues they need to resolve Especially parking lot security . Other than that it’s a great place . Thank you very much for being there when I need help , if it was not for you I would’ve dead .

If you are trying to get sober ,out of all the clinics this is the best around, very short time to get accepted and in, the counselors are very respectful and helpful, the nurses and the entire staff are super nice , it is one of the best clinics around, it also is a very clean clinic. They respect your privacy, it isn't like other clinics where you find people outside looking for new numbers and making deals, if you really desire to get sober this is the clinic to choose. They are busy at times, when this occurs they make sure to maintain your privacy, as they keep track who came in, and you sit in your car and wait your turn. The rules are posted everywhere, I have seen people not obey the rules then blame the clinic(it wasn't there fault) They do not tolerate, nor should they! racial slurs(i seen someone do this as he came in all messed up expecting to be dosed, and when they wouldn't he went off saying deragotory words, the staff handled it very well. If you desire to come up or down they ask your symptoms ,a new thing they are doing now is asking sponateoulsy how your feeling and if your dose is okay for you. people who go there and do not follow the rules should remember, we are the ones who chose to go there, we sought them out, they are only there to help us along the way of being sober! This is by far the best clinic around. I have recommended it to others,who have gone here,(over 10),and have successfully become sober.

Greg at this facility is absolutely the most kind, caring and compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond to get me into this program.All of the workers are also so kind and really want to help you, something my primary doctor failed to do.I am so grateful for having Greg on my side, he definitely wants success for every client. This company,counselors,nurses and doctors are simply amazing. This place saved my life. I have no idea where i would be if I never sought treatment here. I just found out I was pregnant and needed a way out. They not only helped me and saved me but they saved my child as well. Hes 5 now. A healthy smart and active little boy. You can recover. Here I am 5 years later and I have never been happier.

I've been coming for a year at this clinic. It's been very comfortable and safe place to go to,the staff and nurses and drs all been great. This is my first time coming here and I'll tell you if everyone that has a drug problem had the same people at this clinic they probably would stay sober like I have. I've really appreciated the help that I have got from everyone at this clinic thanks for everything.

I have had my fair share of up's and down's here, but I have to say that HCRC has saved my life! I may not understand or agree with some of the thing's that I have gone through here, but I have learned so much about myself and recovery! I feel it's a learning experiance for all of us coming here, it all depends on the individual and how much they want the help.You CAN succeed in this program, it just depends on how much you want it! HCRC has changed my life for the better! I FINALLY feel like my life has meaning! It feels so good to be clear headed and on the right path to success. I have been opioid free for 3 years now, thanks to the program at hcrc. Their liberal medication program (a.k.a. along with benzodiazapienes) has worked well in curbing my anxiety and cravings, and If I had to pick an hour every day at AA or doing this program, I would do methadone all day every day. I could not stay sober without it, and to those people who say it isn't sobriety, ill take whatever it is over using every day of the week.

I am currently in treatment here. From the minute you pull in the parking lot Andy greets you with a smile everyday he knows everyone by name. The staff overall have been great and ive grown to know everyone just in passing. My counselor is the only counselor ive ever had more then a year. I trust her. I trust them and thats a huge parts of this. Thanks to my counselor KC.

I can't say one BAD THING . I was just telling a friend that is going through a rough time in his life that there is no better place to go to get his life back on track . Because for me it's a great feeling to go there knowing that you the staff and the staff even remember everyone name. I know if a fresh start is what you want , this is the place to go .

There are some people who genuinely care about the clients at HCRC in Hudson . Unfortunately I have been a patient at a few clinics and I'd say by far Hudson is the best one . It takes a little longer to get at the dose needed but the head nurse is amazing and im so thankful for their facility.

If it was not for the staff Becky and all the help i receive i cant say id still b here today. Thank u for what its worth coming from what society thinks is nothing more than garbage. Im forever greatful!

Wonderful staff, have let me in late plenty of times. The receptionist or im not sure of her job title but the desk to the left brightens my day every time I look or speak to her....always greets me with a " hiiiii Stuart " super professional too yet human and understanding. Fb

Great business model and amazing staff. If you are struggling with addiction this is a great starting point. I am currently in recovery, working with HCRC in Peabody MA., and I am happy where I am today because of this facility and the current staff. Jessica is a great counselor and any group you go to (5am-10pm) will help in some way if you put in the effort. Tuesdays 10am 'Healthy Relationships' group is a good one, the instructor Kati does a great job providing useful information and having patients work through any problems they might be experiencing with a clear strategy and end goal. Thursdays 8am 'Stress Management' group with Jessica is also very helpful if you are dealing with the effects of stress addiction causes. I have not been to groups instructed by or talked one-on-one with Adam, Elexyee, Ashley, and/or Erik yet, however, I have heard great things about these staff members and received positive vibes in passing. The first step is to call or come in and schedule an intake. The process usually takes a few (2-3) days. After you begin treatment (receiving methadone and attending groups) it is very important to get one-on-one with a Counselor and begin a clear and achievable plan of action to get to a stable dose of methadone. Everyone is different, some people take around 30mgs and others around 150mgs daily, depends on a variety of things. The fastest and most efficient way to get to a stable dose is to stop or severely cut down on using opiates as soon as you began taking methadone (1st or 2nd week). If you continue to use opiates while increasing your daily methadone dose, you will "chase" your stable dose and only prolong your situation. This clinic provides liquid methadone, and you start anywhere between 5mgs to 30mgs, depending on how severe your addiction. You are able to increase your dose by 5mgs every 4 days, as long as you attend your groups and counseling sessions. If you reach 150mgs daily you will need to take an "EKG or ECG" physical exam to make sure your QT intervals are within the normal range. If an individual is diagnosed with long QT syndrome (500+), it is unlikely you will be advised or even able to increase their dose. Overall, HCRC of Peabody has shown itself to be an amazing place that helps hundreds of individuals with their opiate addiction. It is said this specific facility is much better than other HCRC facilities that exist around the Massachusetts area. I drive about 45 minutes every day (from Framingham) and will continue this program at this facility rather than changing to one closer to home. Knowing that this facility has a program that works and an amazing staff, I am happy to say I give this review 5 stars. I encourage all who have an addiction to check out HCRC of Peabody MA.

If you want recovery, you can get it here. It takes work wherever you choose to go, and you get what you put in. At any recovery facility, there are going to be people who are not ready to take on full recovery, however the fact that they show up at all is a step in the right direction. I have been involved with this clinic for over 5 years, and I have been in long term recovery for about the same. The counselors and nurses are super helpful and available, and do their best to facilitate a good program that is helping to reduce the huge impact of the opioid epidemic in our society.

MAT saved my life 4 yrs ago. Might not be the "cure" or perfect, however what is perfect is not realistic. After multiple rehab programs with the whole 28 days and your good to go, back to the mess you caused 29 days earlier which in most cases is often very bad. Anyways after my 3rd detox I honestly felt like I could not stop unless I was shipped off to an island with no opiates and endless food and refuge...blah blah blah. I am not special and I messed my life up during this ordeal, career gone, wife gone daughter gone house gone and you get the picture so I felt helpless and relapse was there for me and like any good addict knows that once you relapse and you are physically dependent not much is going to stop you from getting rid of the horrid dope sickness that wakes you up if you even slept depending on your last dose. Long story short than came along MAT, and it changed my life. Definitely extended it. I'm not what you would call a perfect success story but it worked and who knows it might end up beating my Super Relapse Villain who slays the most upbeat recovery outcome no questions asked. Methadone may be just that strong.

I know that this place has its issues but doesnt every place and or everyone in the world .i personally give this place a 5 star rating because this clinic is the only reason i am not using heroin any more and the people and the support here is the only reason i was able to get clean and stay clean and sober and get my son back as well thank you !!

Dont listen to these bad reviews. Methadone clinics are depressing by nature but I've been to a few and this is by far the best. My names david westwater and I dont care who knows. this place has the best hours and in my time the director was a nice guy who wore a dress shirt alot and spent along time talking to people on the line. The nurses smile and the hours are much better then most. No one complains like a drug addict we are ALL ultra sensitive to our own suffering and ignorant of the suffering we cause. If you need a clinic RUN to this place!

Everyone here has a job to do and they do it to the best of their ability. I gave 5 stars because of my past counselor and the one I have now are awesome and I can actually talk and feel like I’m getting things off my mind, also the nurses especially Bre/-/(I don’t wanna break hippa) and Nic/0/- they genuinely care about their patients and I love that about them! I do wish that this facility since it is a medical facility would abide by the ADA standards for a “Medical Facility” and don’t give people false hope with take homes especially when they have a care taker that gives them there medication everyday at home! Other then the last couple things this place is great!

This place saved my life!!! It offered structure, acceptance, and support to me at a time in my life when I had none. They never pushed me faster in my recovery than i was comfortable going, and for me this made all the difference in the world. The staff is kind and respectful I always feel welcome. They protect your privacy first and above all and never make you feel like a #. I have a councilor by the name of John W. he is patient and supportive and very accepting of anything I tell him. I look forward to our sessions they allow me to get the madness and chaos in my head out and organized with no judgments. Highly recommend Health Care Resource Centers in Hudson NH. Its not easy to make this kind of change and can be scary and stressful. The staff understand what your going through and they do everything they can to accommodate you in your recovery.

Merrimack River Medival Services is a Community Substance Abuse Center specializing in opioid abuse recovery through Methadone Maintenace Treatment and Suboxone Treatment. As having been a client/patient of this clinic for the past four plus years I can honestly say these programs will and can change you life for the better if you want to change and allow the program to work.

This is my first time ever going to a clinic but for the most part everyone there seems pretty cool and there’s never really a line. My only thing that I find really difficult is that I’ve been stuck on 25 MG since I got out of detox at the end of October and apparently have to wait until the 19th of November for my clinical intake to up my dosage which I need badly every day it’s hard to just wanna get up and go there because I’m in so much pain. It almost feels like it’s not even worth it to go sometimes because I have to walk 40 minutes there in 40 minutes back from my house every day.

I've been a client for 12 yrs and it is much more pleasant now that the head nurse has moved on to a different job . He seemed to get a joy when patients received bad news . Such as loosing take homes for example. Very hard person to communicate with. But someone must have seen that in the head staff for he is not there anymore. Thank you

I have been going to HCRC for over 2 years. The staff has been nothing less than supportive and kind to me. I have nothing but good things to say about HCRC Chelsea.

I have seen this facility grow and flourish with caring staff and a clean environment. Unfortunately it seems that most of that staff has left, with one of the head nurses last day being yesterday. I have carefully planned my work and daily recovery schedule around my allotted take-homes and there have been several instances where “computer problems” or human error has completely derailed my aforementioned schedule. I sincerely hope that they turn things around, because there is plenty of potential for this facility and I would hate for it to go under. I’m actually worried about that happening…which would be even more difficult to navigate with my recovery. Greg, Adam, Edyta (sorry if I butchered the spelling), and long lost Brian have been stand out, stand up people who I am eternally grateful for.

Great clinic, minimal nonsense. Could be open longer , 1030 close on the weekend is very tough. People have lives and kids, other clinics are open till noon at least, so they should be more clear about the fact that the door closes prior to 1030 and no exceptions if you arrive even a minute late.

Great service to people that need guidance to botch counseling !!

The nurses are Top Knots and unusually helpful and resourceful. The counselors that exist are all fair and kind, but constant short staffing and management issues cause a great place to only get a good rating. This is a for-profit clinic, so the higher up the management chain one goes, the further away an addict in recovery is from recovery. Unfortunately this company owns most of the clinics in the area, so one does not have a choice. This is also not unusual. There is no handicapped accessible entrance. You can go in the back way, around the back of the hospital, but you still have to walk a very good distance to the front door, and once inside it's very small so a person with mobility issues is going to struggle. I don't suggest anyone with mobility issues goes to this Clinic. He Corrections Officers in the back of the hospital, they have an entrance for the prisoners there. There is constant clashing with the handicapped clients and the Corrections Officers because there's no real protocol for handicapped patients. But overall this is a good place. Small, and they don't put up with any of the usual nonsense that goes on.( There are very few drug deals if at all that will go on here!). The security guard is top-notch as well and is very fair but firm. If you are not looking for Recovery, I suggest you go somewhere else because you won't last long here. I've had some personal issues with the take-home protocol as well as the short staffing resulting in treatment plans not being effectively instituted, but again this is management and has nothing to do with the day to day staff.

I like my counselor, she truely cares. I never have problems with anyone, if you mind your business and behave like a adult you will have no problems. I like how they don't let ppl linger or hang around, it's easier to not have to walk through crowds of ppl just hanging around. The parking is good, never have a problem parking. Waiting outside has happened 3 times in three years so I don't agree with all that. If you need a clinic to go to this is my definite choice out of the clinics around.

Long lines outside in the freezing cold and rain. People driving by stare at you and a co-worker asked me what they do there. Once inside another line and wait in silence. 3 nurses but sometimes no window is open. Don't run late the door locks at 11:30.

The staff is nice. It's usually quick in and out treatment. Not usually busy.

I got to where I needed to be with the help of this place and they helped me transfer to suboxone when I needed more freedom to live and travel forever grateful for their help
